1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and ERCAAP ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Omnify: AI Life Assistant application ("the App"), you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on your mobile device.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, adapt, or hack the App.

• Distribute, sell, or transfer the App to any third party.

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Subscription and Payment

The App offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features or content. You can choose between monthly and yearly subscription options. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the specified fees associated with your selected subscription plan.

• Understand that subscription fees are non-refundable.

5. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal through your account settings.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

• The App will be free of harmful components such as viruses.

You acknowledge that you use the App at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ERCAAP will not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after the updated Agreement is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
