Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your use of the Omnify: AI Life Assistant application ("the App"), developed by ERCAAP. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the App immediately.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for individuals aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to use the App.

3. Subscription Plans

The App offers subscription-based services with the following options:

  • 7-Day Free Trial Packages: Access a 7-day free trial for select packages.

  • Monthly and Yearly Plans: Choose from four subscription packages, available on a monthly or yearly basis.

By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

  • Your Apple iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

  • You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal in your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.

  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

4. Payment

  • All payments are processed through your Apple iTunes account.

  • Prices for subscriptions and services are subject to change, with prior notice provided before new prices take effect.

5. Content and License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

The App’s content, including but not limited to recipes, instructions, and visual designs, is the intellectual property of Omnify: AI Life Assistant and its licensors.

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content within the App without prior written permission.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

  • Use the App for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes.

  • Attempt to disrupt the App’s functionality or security.

  • Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.

7. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your license to use the App will end, and you must stop using the App immediately.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnify: AI Life Assistant and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising from your use of the App will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Insert Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Notifications of changes will be provided via email or through the App. Your continued use of the App following any updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
