1. Privacy Policy

1.1 Data Collection and Usage

  • We never track, monitor, or spy on our users.

  • Only the minimum data necessary to provide the service is collected: device identifiers, usage statistics, user preferences, credit balance, and purchase history.

  • This data is used solely to operate and improve the service.

1.2 Image Processing (Video Generation)

  • Uploaded images are processed exclusively for video generation.

  • Processing is performed by trusted third-party providers such as Google, Kling, and other models.

  • Images are stored temporarily during processing and deleted immediately afterward.

  • Generated videos are saved only to your device and are never stored on our servers.

1.3 Data Storage and Security

  • User account data is securely stored on Firebase backend servers.

  • All transmissions are encrypted via HTTPS.

  • Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the service.

1.4 Third-Party Services

  • AI Processing: Replicate

  • Payments: RevenueCat, Apple/Google

  • Authentication: Firebase

1.5 Children’s Privacy

  • The app is available for all age groups; however, parental supervision is recommended for users under 17.

  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

1.6 Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request deletion of your data (subject to technical limitations)

  • Opt out of analytics tracking

  • Control advertising tracking through device settings

2. Refund & Purchase Policy

2.1 Credit System

  • The app uses a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate AI videos.

2.2 Refund Policy

  • Used credits are non-refundable.

  • If credits are not delivered due to a technical error, please contact support.

  • Refund requests may be denied in cases of abuse or suspicious activity.

2.3 Managing Purchases

  • Always check your current credit balance before making a purchase.

  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed via Apple/Google Play.

  • You can cancel subscriptions in your device’s subscription settings.

2.4 Support & Refund Requests

  • You can contact us via the in-app support option or by email at omer@ercaap.com.

  • We will respond to your request within 48 hours.
