Automatic Renewal Options

By signing up for certain subscriptions, you agree that your subscription will be automatically renewed. Unless you cancel, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal term. The renewal period and rate will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Cancellation procedures are specified at the time of subscription. Refunds are not provided for unused subscription periods.

Refund Policy

Omnfiy AI offers refunds on Google Play and web subscriptions within 35 days of purchase. All lifetime purchases are non-refundable. Purchases made through Apple are refundable only through Apple.

Cancellation and Refunds

Users may cancel their accounts at any time, but fees are nonrefundable. No proration of fees for partial service periods is offered.

Cloud Services and Third-Party Services

Omnfiy AI's services rely on third-party cloud providers. We are not responsible for any failure or limitation caused by these providers. Interactions with third-party services may require acceptance of their terms of use, and Omnfiy AI disclaims liability for such services.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

You use Omnfiy AI's services at your own risk. The platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties. Omnfiy AI is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or omissions in its services or information. Liability for direct damages is limited to the lesser of:

1. Membership fees paid by the user during the previous calendar year, or

2. $1,000 USD.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oregon.
